How a sale works
- Appraisal: we examine each piece and tell you what it is worth, and what it could realistically fetch.
- The right route: a buyer from our own network, a public auction or a professional platform, depending on the piece.
- Documentation: laboratory certificates where they add value, and a clear description for buyers.
- The sale: we handle the negotiation and the paperwork; our commission is a share of the sale price.
Natural, untreated stones with a documented origin sell best. If a certificate is missing, we tell you whether it is worth obtaining one before the sale.
